Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimation, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement;
- Assist dispute resolution matters;
- Handle sub-contractors’ payments & variation orders;
- Document control, system entry, reporting;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Educational Requirements, Skills & Experience:
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in QS or equivalent;
- At least 1 year working experience or above QS in Main Contractor and Civil projects;
- Contract administration in QS skill;
- Good command of written in both English and Chinese.
