The incumbent is responsible for maximizing corporate business and fundraising donations across admission revenue, venue rental revenue, project revenue, event sponsorship, and other sales revenue targets for Ocean Park and Water World. The incumbent will plan and execute business development and sales strategies, and leverage existing local business partnerships and business association networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 6–10 years of solid experience in sales / business development, particularly in corporate partnership, sponsorship and fundraising.
  • Proficiency in sales administration and strong user experience with A.I. applications and office software, especially A.I. application, Canva, Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in fundraising and donor relations will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in NGO, large‑scale events, ESG / CSR projects is welcomed.
  • Established corporate client network and connections with high‑value partners in HR and Corporate Communication of large corporations for employee benefits programs and fundraising.
  • Self‑driven target‑orientated with strong self‑motivated attitude to achieve targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance business value and social impact.
  • Excellent salesmanship qualities, aggressive, ambitious, self‑motivated and independent.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
