We are looking for an individual who can help us shape and grow the future of our business. Are you a professional in IT project management and (ERP) Software Delivery with 5+ years of experience looking for a challenge where you can make a real impact?

You have completed a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree (e.g. Business Administration, International Management) and have an IT Project Management background in an international environment. Furthermore, you possess a combination of hard and soft skills to strengthen our social and motivated team. You are excellent in working with cross-border team members and possess the soft skills necessary to thrive while functioning within a team.

The position is available to experienced Project Managers / Delivery Lead who are eager to learn, work independently, and are seeking full-time employment in Amsterdam. Furthermore, you possess the following key abilities:

  • Strong understanding of software development processes
  • A foundation of knowledge of digital transformation projects in Private Equity/Alternative Investments
  • Commercial awareness and client management skills
  • Good numerical and budgetary skills
  • Interpersonal skills, able to work with multiple cultures and backgrounds, both on client side and internally
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, work independently, self-motivated and highly motivated to set their own goals and path
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tact and persuasive ability
  • Willing and able to travel (internationally) when a client engagement requires that
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, preferably also in one other language (French, German, Dutch, a Scandinavian language or other)

Candidates require 5+ years of relevant working experience and affinity with most of the following:

  • Lead our client-facing projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, KPIs, and performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate internal teams, holding everyone to the highest of standards and promote accountability.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Intensive cooperation with internal stakeholders and (client) team members.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Devops, Waterfall), and tools.
  • Roll out the delivery model to all parts of the organization.
  • Translate your vision into concrete goals for client delivery teams and development teams.
