For our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of services for clients operating in the alternatives space. This position is open to candidates within commuting distance of our offices in Amsterdam and London, as well as those willing to relocate. In our growing business, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in alternative asset management, take ownership of workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to thought leadership while helping clients navigate change.
Have you got the skills?
- You have completed a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to understand and document complex business processes and data flows.
- Solid experience working within Alternative Investments / Private Equity / Venture Capital / Real Assets environments.
- Experience with investment management platforms such as eFront, Allvue, Dynamo, Intapp DealCloud, or similar best‑in‑class systems.
- Strong requirements‑gathering and documentation skills (functional and non‑functional).
- Ability to work confidently with stakeholders at different seniority levels.
- A desire to learn more about the system landscape for alternative investments / private markets.
- Structured way of working and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
