Our globally reputable client is currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to become the S2P (Source to Pay) Business Analyst - contractor, to support an exciting Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation across Finance and Operations. Based in London, as the S2P (Source to Pay) Business Analyst, you will support the full project lifecycle including designing and implementing the next generation of sourcing, contracting and supplier management systems and processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a plan for the Source to Contract workstream, including supplier on-boarding, sourcing and tendering, contract management, supplier relationship management and reporting.
  • Run and facilitate requirement gathering workshops, map processes and document business requirements.
  • Manage and facilitate business policies and procedure level documentation.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to agree processes and documentation.
  • Manage cleansing of supplier/contract data where relevant.
  • Establish relationships internally and externally to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Work with the Test Lead to create test scripts and manage the testing process, including issue triage and resolution.
  • Design and deliver training sessions with internal users and external suppliers.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled procurement specialist with S2P (Source to Pay) Business Analyst experience in leading process, requirement and design workshops with senior stakeholders to capture key elements required. You will possess a sound understanding of process simplification and standardisation, as well as proven experience in global process roll-out. Holding a proven track record working with the latest S2P technologies and developments with the ability to bring best practice thinking to design decisions where relevant.
