A Finance Transformation Programme Manager is urgently required for a leading global organisation within its sector based in Milton Keynes, working on a global ERP Transformation / Implementation programme. Workload across 3 key projects has been recognised as increasing and interdependent therefore an experienced Finance Transformation Programme Manager is required.
The candidate will be an experienced Finance Transformation Programme Manager who has a proven track record delivering global ERP transformation / implementation programmes across all functions globally within a business - Finance, IT, Shared Service Centre, HR, Process Optimisation.
Experience working directly with C-Level stakeholders and having the gravitas and the ability to work in an ambiguous and changing environment is essential.
Sound knowledge of mid-tier ERP products such as Dynamics, NetSuite, Agresso, JDE, Hyperion, Workday etc. is required.
Qualifications include being a Qualified Accountant, MSP or equivalent, Lean Six Sigma lead etc.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship building skills are necessary.
