Company Description
At Leading Results, everything we do is grounded in behavioural science and learning transfer. We turn insight into impact, rigour into results. As more corporate organisations choose to partner with us, we’re building a trusted associate team of Chartered Occupational Psychologists to strengthen our capability and deliver measurable change for clients.
This is not a full-time role – it’s about joining a flexible pool of expert partners who share our passion for evidence-based psychology, practical application, and driving performance where it really matters.
What you\’ll bring
- HCPC-registered Occupational Psychologist (or registration-eligible); BPS Chartered (CPsychol) preferred.
- Proven experience with development centres, on-the-job observation and behavioural analysis.
- Strong background in psychometrics and data integration.
- Ability to produce a single, coherent client report from multiple data sources.
- Confident communicator: able to translate academic rigour into clear, practical, senior-friendly insight.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to attend client sites across the UK when required (some sites may be less accessible by public transport).
Professional-level English communication for working with UK-based clients.
Our values in practice
Impact – measurable results that transfer into the workplace.
Integrity – evidence-led, doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
Innovation – blending behavioural science with new methods and tools, including an openness to the possibilities of AI and emerging technologies to accelerate insight and storytelling – while keeping people and behaviour at the centre.
Our selection process (transparent by design)
- 30-minute virtual values conversation with Lisa Collinson (Client Director).
- Case study exercise – real anonymised data → short executive summary.
- Final conversation with our CEO, Anita Douglas (Chartered Occ Psych) – focused on how you communicate findings in a human, business-relevant way.
Why partner with us?
- Behavioural science-led – learning transfer is our north star.
- Led by an Occupational Psychologist CEO – rigour is in our DNA.
- Known for SHIFT™ – practical frameworks that move learning into habit and performance.
- Collaborative and outcome-focused – we measure success by behaviour change and business impact, not just workshop smiles.
