Successful applicants will be Big 4/Top 6, ACA qualified and already be working in an M&A/Lead Advisory team - any sector, although Energy, Energy Transition and Infrastructure is preferred.
A renowned boutique investment bank is expanding their successful Energy & Infrastructure team in London and keen to recruit an M&A Analyst to support their growth. Subsector focus is centred on Energy Generation, Energy Storage, Electric Vehicles charging, Cleantech and Energy Infrastructure.
Analysts are encouraged to take more responsibility and to express themselves. Responsibilities will centre on:
- Assist and gain increasing oversight with the management of live transactions
- Help drive the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation
- Perform financial analysis and modelling
- Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
- Increasingly provide support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation
