The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Team Leader to coach and support two dedicated teams delivering round the clock care. You’ll be the vital link between team members and management—driving quality, culture, and consistency.
- First 6 months: 40 guaranteed hours/week
- Next 6 months: 20 hours as Team Leader + 20 hours as Support Worker (£12.60/hr)
- Sleep-ins: £65/night | Sunday & Bank Holiday Enhancements

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent)
