Make a real difference: Become a Support Worker – Supported Independence Lowestoft & Surrounding Areas

£12.60/hr (Real Living Wage!) + enhancements for Sundays & Bank Holidays

25–35 hrs/week | No night shifts | Flexible part-time & permanent contracts

We are looking for a dedicated care worker who supports individuals in leading fulfilling lives—whether through engaging with hobbies or outings or by delivering essential personal care with dignity and compassion. The role focuses on building trust, encouraging independence, and making each day meaningful.

About The Role
