Location: Leading Lives, Sudbury Community Hub, Northern Road, Chilton Industrial Estate
Rate of pay: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage! With enhancements for Sundays, Bank Holidays and sleep-ins)
1x 30 posts available (these can include morning, evening, daytime, weekend, sleep ins and waking nights)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker who will role model our values and ensure the people we support lead the life they choose. We support adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Support people to live independently and complete day-to-day activities.
- Actively advocating for people we support and their families.
- Provide intimate personal care with dignity, according to individual needs.
- Effective communication and building rapport.
- Safe administering of medication.
Your Induction
Leading Lives runs a 3-week induction programme: You will be met on your first day by your buddy and be supported through this. Start date will be confirmed by the recruitment team further to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks.
