Are you an experienced social care leader looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a passionate and motivated Service Manager to lead John Turner House, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred support for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and a valuable break for their family carers.

About The Role
As Service Manager, you will provide strong leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring it remains safe, effective and focused on achieving positive outcomes for the people we support.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a team with a Team Manager and Support Workers
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support
- Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and organisational standards
- Managing service performance, audits, safeguarding and health & safety
- Overseeing staffing, rotas and resource management
- Building positive relationships with families, professionals and external partners
- Driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of your team
- Embed a recently implemented Care Management system

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Has experience leading teams within a social care setting
- Understands CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance processes
- Has experience supporting people with learning disabilities
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Leads with confidence, compassion and a commitment to person-centred support

Required Criteria
- Must be an experienced social care leader.
- Must have experience in delivering person-centred support.
- Must have experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
- Must have experience supporting people with complex needs.
- Must have knowledge and experience of CQC regulations and standards, specifically in managing a CQC registered service.
- Must be able to drive high standards of care.

- Experience in leading teams through periods of change.
