If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Property Executive to join our lettings team.
No previous estate agency or property experience is required. We’ll provide the training, support and practical experience to help you develop into a confident property professional.
EARN WHILE YOU LEARN
You'll study the Level 3 Housing & Property Management programme with Knights Training Academy while gaining valuable experience working within our lettings department.
Over the course of up to 18 months, you'll learn the property business from the ground up, including:
- Property viewings and inspections
- Customer enquiries and communication
- Building relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Negotiating and progressing lets
- Sales and new business development
- Property administration
- Property legislation and regulations
- Assisting with marketing
- Developing your knowledge of the local property market
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

- Willing to work Saturdays, with a day off during the week
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
You must meet the following requirements to apply:
- Aged 18 or over
- Minimum Grade 5 in GCSE English and Maths
- Minimum 112 UCAS Tariff points or equivalent Level 3 qualification
- Full UK driving licence and be a car owner/driver – fuel allowance paid
- Live within approximately 30 minutes of EN2
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in property
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to work Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu
WHAT'S THE LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY?
We're not looking for someone who just wants a job for 18 months. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with us.
Subject to successful completion of the course, performance, suitability and business requirements, there is a view to becoming a long-term member of the Atkinsons Residential team.
