A leading investment banking name is expanding their London based Transport, Logistics & Infrastructure group and seeking a VP to oversee execution and partner with seniors on origination. This is an exciting time for the platform as it receives significant investment and management attention.
You will:
- Key contribution to the origination of transactions for EMEA investment banking – preparation of marketing pitches in full co-ordination with the relevant Sector Coverage; including in particular sector analysis, asset review, financial analysis, modelling and valuation.
- Take a lead part in deal execution: process organization, modelling and valuation analysis, creation of transaction support documents (information memoranda and management presentations), interactions with other legal, financial and technical advisors, regular contact with clients.
Desired experience includes:
- Good knowledge of valuation and modelling techniques, as well as financial theory and accounting.
- Relevant sector experience.
