We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-capitalized international investment group with a long-term presence in the UK market. The group owns and manages a diversified portfolio of landmark office, mixed-use, regeneration and commercial assets across London and major regional cities in the United Kingdom.

As the business continues to evolve, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead the UK platform and oversee the strategic direction, operational performance, asset enhancement and future development initiatives of the portfolio. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the Chairman and working closely with the Board and senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the UK business platform.
  • Oversee a portfolio of office, mixed-use and commercial real estate assets located across London and key regional cities.
  • Drive value creation initiatives, including asset repositioning, redevelopment, refurbishment and regeneration opportunities.
  • Identify and execute new investment, development and capital deployment strategies aligned with the group's long-term objectives.
  • Manage relationships with local authorities, investors, development partners, consultants, occupiers and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team covering development, project management, leasing, operations and asset management.
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management and operational excellence across the platform.
  • Act as the key representative of the business in the UK market and maintain close communication with headquarters and the Chairman.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Extensive senior leadership experience within the real estate industry in the UK or other Commonwealth markets.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale real estate developments from acquisition and planning through construction, delivery and operational management.
  • Strong understanding of development management, project delivery, urban regeneration and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing complex commercial, mixed-use or landmark real estate projects.
  • Asset management and investment management capabilities will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance development, operational and investment considerations.
  • Native Chinese speaker with exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in both Western and Chinese business environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, strategic thinking and executive presence.
