Delivering a premium Category B commercial fit-out valued at over £30 million. This project involves transforming a high-spec office space to exacting client standards, with a strong focus on design detail, modern workplace functionality, and seamless integration of MEP services.
Responsibilities as a Site Manager:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and procurement plans.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address issues or delays promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to keep projects aligned.
