ProGroup Recruitment are working with an established fire protection business who are looking to appoint an experienced Fire Alarm Designer to join their team on an office-based basis in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer looking to join a growing business and play an important role in the design and delivery of fire alarm systems across a range of projects.

The Role

As a Fire Alarm Designer, you will be responsible for producing accurate and compliant fire alarm system designs, working closely with clients, engineers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within fire alarm design
  • FIA Fire Alarm Design qualification(s) or an equivalent recognised qualification
  • Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and relevant standards
  • Experience producing fire alarm system designs and documentation
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately to deadlines
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
