Leading Edge Labels Gravesend, Kent Full-Time | Permanent | £32k per annum + Bonus & Overtime Leading Edge Labels is a well-established and growing print and packaging company based in Gravesend, Kent.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team as a Folder Gluer Operator or trainee folder gluer operator with previous experience in Finishing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone either looking to start a long-term career within the packaging industry or bring experience into a well-established company.
Previous experience in Finishing is required but specific training will be given with the potential to develop broader skills in the future.

Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
Run and assist in the Folder Gluer area.
Ensure the highest quality is always maintained.
Aim to keep up with workload schedule.
Support and follow all line clearance and set up procedures.
About the Role This position involves operating the machine, packing finished goods at the end of line, maintaining the machinery and surrounding area and above all maintaining quality standards.
There are some manual requirements for setting the machine and setting out the area and also stacking the finished goods onto pallets so applicants should be physically fit and comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.
Training will be provided where necessary, making this role ideal for someone with previous experience or for someone with just a few years experience looking to develop new skills and build a career within a production environment.
Hours of Work40 hours per week basic contract Usual shift 6am 2pm Mon Fri.
Extension or change to shift at times to work through to 6pm dependent upon workload.
Depending on workload, shifts may range from 8 to 12 hours Salary & Benefits£32k per annum.
