An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Insolvency Practice, for an experienced Business Development professional / Work Winner. You’ll work directly with Insolvency Partners, taking a lead role in driving new business and building a strong pipeline of corporate insolvency work.
The Role:
- This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role where you will:
- Build and maintain a strong network of professional introducers (legal, accountancy, financial services)
- Generate and convert new business opportunities in corporate insolvency
- Work closely with referral partners to drive revenue and growth
- Represent the firm at networking events and within the professional services community
- Take ownership of your pipeline and performance
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business development / work-winning role
- Proven track record of generating £150k+ in annual fees (or similar performance)
- Strong network of referral partners (accountants, solicitors, IFAs etc.)
- Experience selling within professional or financial services
- Insolvency experience is highly desirable (but not essential for the right candidate)
- Confident, proactive, and commercially driven
