We are looking for an experienced Partnership Tax professional to join our team. Our Senior Tax Manager will always act with integrity and assist the Tax Operations Manager with preparing accurate and timely tax schedules/returns to facilitate our continued investments in growth companies that add value globally. You will be primarily responsible for the company’s compliance with all U.S. (federal and states) income tax and indirect tax reporting requirements. This role will have the additional responsibilities of overseeing the company’s foreign tax reporting, calculating tax provisions, as well as assisting the Chief Tax Officer with the company’s tax risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with external tax advisors for the accurate & timely completion of the Company’s income tax compliance including over 450 legal entities (C corps, LLCs, S corps, Q-Subs, CFCs)
  • Partner with external tax advisors to find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings
  • Assist external tax advisor with U.S. international tax compliance process, including subpart F income, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, foreign tax credits, and expense allocations
  • Calculate tax provisions for corporations requiring audited financials in accordance with the rules under ASC 740
  • Assist external tax advisors with domestic and foreign tax audits
  • Develop indirect tax process (including Sales & Use tax reporting, and in a second phase foreign GST and VAT reporting) with CTO and external tax advisor
  • Manage, develop, and support Tax Manager
  • Work closely with Controllership and Portfolio Finance teams to understand operational results and advise on tax accounting matters
  • Foster internal relationships to increase the Company’s tax department productivity

Required:

  • CPA Required
  • Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Taxation or Business, Master’s degree preferred but not required
  • 7-10 years’ experience in large corporate tax environments, mix of industry and public accounting preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, corporate, S Corp and partnership taxation as well as Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Experience in fast-paced environment, highly driven with the ability to conduct multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple, large projects/processes
  • Detail oriented; strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills; solid team player
  • Strong ability to establish interpersonal relationship with all levels in a multicultural environment

Compensation:

$165,000 to $195,000
