The right candidate will have driven growth of a company or company division and be ready to drive growth and build the next generation of leaders. They will be ready to roll up their sleeves and create growth.
The Managing Director must have:
- Experience in IT services
- Solid budgeting and forecasting skills
- Experience managing a sales team
- A deep understanding of marketing
- A history of developing teams and leaders
They will be tasked with launching a robust sales and marketing program to help the company achieve top and bottom-line growth in the first year while creating a strategy and vision for the company’s long term growth.
