PGL is seeking a Chef to join its catering team on a full-time permanent basis. You will prepare and cook nutritious meals for guests, manage stock, and control costs while coaching junior staff. The role fosters a fun, safe, and inclusive work environment within a busy kitchen.
You will report to the Head Chef and work late nights with some weekends off outside peak season. Accommodation and meal packages may be available at a generous rate. DBS/PVG checks apply for centre-based staff.
