Advinia Health Care in Langley Park is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join the team. This 40 hours per week role runs between 8am and 6pm, five days out of seven, with on-call duties every two weeks.
You will oversee resident care, support the Home Manager, ensure policies and regulatory requirements are followed, manage staff rotas, review care plans and risk assessments, and promote training and induction.
