We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead our team at Hill View Care Home in Glasgow. Hill View Care Home is a welcoming large care home specialising in elderly and dementia care. About the Role
As Registered Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing. You will lead and develop a compassionate and motivated team while creating a positive culture that supports both residents and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing a care home of a similar size (preferred)
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality dementia care
- Strong knowledge of CI regulations and experience developing and reviewing care assessments and care plans
- Proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- A track record of driving occupancy growth and promoting a care home within the local community
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
