Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Look after up to 6 sales branches.
- Branch visibility weekly.
- Manage the office in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Assist the Branch Manager in developing the business and attaining & exceeding set targets across key KPIs.
- Ensure consistent and effective canvassing systems are in place across the area.
- Responsible for continued growth of the Sales business working closely with Lettings and Property Management.
- Conduct morning meetings, valuations, and listing observations – providing coaching and structured feedback.
- Agree with our Marketing Team and the RSD on requirements to ensure satisfactory growth of market share in line with objectives from Rightmove Intel sessions.
- Ensure all Sales staff receive necessary training to support their roles in a structured and supportive environment.
- Work closely with the Central Move Management teams to manage the Sales pipeline proactively and ensure exchange predictions are met.
- Drive the business and monitor Sales targets for the offices, ensuring all targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with Lettings Managers to maximize opportunities.
- Monitor AML processes.
- Regularly assess if results align with business expectations.
- Work with sales teams to maximize referrals to Lifetime Legal in line with company expectations/targets for written business.
- Ensure any mortgage opportunities are passed to Mortgage Scout.
- Follow administration procedures to deliver the highest standards of customer service to our clients.
- Assist RSD with front line recruitment for your designated area and the RSD’s region.
- Set a constructive, positive, and solution-based environment across the area.
- Conduct monthly 121s with Sales Managers within the designated area (copies to RSD).
- Assist RSD with successful delivery/implementation of key business focus areas for LRG when introduced.
- Act as a delegate for RSD during periods of annual leave or when requested.

- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions.
- Knowledge of agents\’ regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage and prioritize demanding workloads effectively.
