Job Title: Property Manager
Location: The Meadows, Camberley

Salary: £31,500 OTE inclusive of commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Hybrid working offered after successful completion of probation period.
Contract Length: 12 Month fixed term contract

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Romans are seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Camberley. As a Property Manager, experience is beneficial but not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for our tenants and landlords, assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments and ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication for the duration of the tenancy
- Accept and understand tenants maintenance requirements, providing a triage service to try to resolve issues
- If unable to resolve, communicate this to the landlord with a solution and arrange works with a dedicated contractor
- Update all parties on a regular basis by phone, email or text and log notes
- Make regular wellbeing calls to the landlord
- Work with the property management team to ensure all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days and update customers on progress
- Ensure that all mandatory compliance/legislation is in place on all properties, and follow company process if not
- Work with the Property Visit Clerks to ensure inspections are completed and that landlords and tenants are fully communicated to in line with company policy
- Place calls to all managed landlords and tenants 2 weeks prior to vacation to ensure they understand the check-out process and time frames
- Deal with non-managed deposits who are part of the No Deposit Scheme
- Ensure the check-out process is followed and communication is sent out within company process via the Depositary site
- Collaborate with team leaders, head of centres and branch network to understand reasons for any lost units
- Maintain high levels of communication to internal and external customers
