Job Summary and key responsibilities To manage the client finances on a portfolio of businesses, completing key monthly and annual processes, hitting block KPIs and delivering block financial information to Property Managers and Block Directors when requested. The successful candidate will have strong service charge accounting experience and excellent attention to detailKey Responsibilities: Inputting budgets into the system and issuing service charge and ground rent invoices. Monthly bank reconciliations Preparing and reviewing on boarding and off boarding accountsResolving account problems, queries and transactions received from clients Attending meetings online / in person at the office with clients.
