Job Summary
LRG are seeking a New Business Executive to join our dedicated and dynamic team. As a New Business Executive you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments along with providing information and cross-selling our additional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting previous and current clients to discuss the opportunities LRG can offer
- Showcasing excellent customer service skills and building rapport with customers
- Processing customers online applications and converting to appointments/leads for local branches
- Assist in the sales process by promoting products / services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers
