Property Manager – Residential Lettings
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
£25,000–£30,000 per year, depending on experience
Full-time | Permanent
Monday–Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota 9am – 12pm
About the Role
We are an established Independent Residential Multi-Disciplined Residential Agency based in Leamington Spa, looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our busy and friendly Lettings Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Dealing with maintenance and repairs from initial report through to completion
- Liaising with contractors and arranging necessary works
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing tenancy renewals, notices and check-out procedures
- Dealing with deposits and end-of-tenancy matters
- Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
- Monitoring safety certificates and other statutory requirements
- Responding to landlord and tenant queries promptly and professionallyli>
- Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
- Working closely with the lettings and accounts teams
About You
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager who is organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
You should have
- Previous experience in residential property management
- A good understanding of UK residential lettings and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- A confident and professional approach when dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Your own car
ARLA Propertymark qualification would be an advantage but is not essential and training and support will be provided for you to obtain this qualification.
