Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Do you have a solid Estate Agency background? Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!
Duties:
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
- Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
- Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
- Building strong relationships internally and externally
- Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
- Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills required:
- At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- The ability to negotiate
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Be responsive to change
