Experienced Sales Negotiator - £20,500 to £26,000 Basic Salary + Commission + Car Allowance – OTE: £40,000 - £45,000.
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will need to be experienced and hardworking. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person – we are a motivated, supportive, dynamic and career driven team who will give fantastic coaching, so you can excel in our exceptional culture and build a career in Estate Agency.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Organising & carrying out viewings
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers and sellers
- Negotiating offers received
- Generating New Business & Assisting with growing local market share
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the local market place
- Working closely with colleagues to identify and maximise new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Sales Negotiator role
- Ability to provide exceptional service
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills
- Determination and discipline to do a great job
- A full and clean driving licence and own vehicle
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
