Experience, salary and hours:
- We value savvy experience just as much as formal qualifications, and we’re open to a discussion based on experience and what you feel you can bring.
- 25 days’ holiday pro-rata (we trust you - as you can count to 25, you’re good).
- Birthday off (choose Friday or Monday if it’s on a weekend).
- Flexible working hours - life happens: dentist, school run, coffee with a friend? Go for it.
