What you’ll be doing:

  • Account Management: Assist in managing a select group of Leaders partners, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered, and a high standard of communication and service is maintained. Contribute to the running of partner calls, including preparing follow-up notes and key actions. Support the Partnerships & Accounts Lead in tracking partnership performance through the activation period. Take ownership of invitation campaigns, ensuring targeted outreach to relevant partner targets. Be responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of partnership management.
  • Content and Marketing: Ensure smooth production workflows and timely delivery of content partnership rights including creating publication plans and aligning with marketing promotion. Coordinate internal teams and timelines to support high‑quality content output. Ensure event websites are continually updated to reflect the latest campaign developments and partnerships. Ensuring event apps are continually updated with the latest event speakers and information.
  • Event Operations and Membership: Support in the creation of onsite collateral including branding, venue and stage slides, particularly relating to partnership deliverables. Support in relevant administrative tasks including data capture, data processing and tracking membership activity.
