As Clinical Lead, you'll provide clinical leadership across the home, supporting the nursing team while ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care. You'll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Registered Nurses
- Oversee clinical governance, audits and quality improvement
- Ensure safe medication management and best clinical practice
- Complete assessments, care planning and resident reviews
- Support safeguarding, complaints and incident management
- Work closely with GPs, families and multidisciplinary professionals
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and drive continuous improvement
About you:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
- Previous leadership experience within elderly care or a nursing home
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance
- Confident managing audits, medication and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of CHC and FNC processes would be advantageous
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care
