As an Adult Clinical Lead, you'll take ownership of your own clinical caseload, provide expert guidance to frontline teams and ensure outstanding, person-centred care is delivered across the community.
Package & Benefits

You'll be joining one of the UK's leading providers of specialist complex care, supporting adults with a wide range of complex clinical needs to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of adults with complex healthcare needs, completing clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments.
- Deliver clinical supervision, competency assessments and practical training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
- Lead package mobilisations and provide ongoing clinical leadership for adults with tracheostomies, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and other complex healthcare needs.
- Work collaboratively with families, ICBs, Case Managers, Social Services and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Support safeguarding, clinical governance, incident investigations, quality improvement and participate in the paid on-call rota.
About You
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC registration.
- Previous experience within complex care, ICU, HDU or community nursing.
- Clinically competent in delivering and assessing complex care, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, suctioning, Bi PAP, CPAP, enteral feeding and other complex clinical interventions.
- Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, care planning, clinical governance, safeguarding and risk management.
- Confident making autonomous clinical decisions while supporting and developing Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers through clinical supervision and competency assessments.
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the community.
