Lead a highly skilled residential nursing service where your decisions directly shape safer, more consistent care for children and young people. In this role, based in Surrey, you will provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple residential houses, ensuring care is planned, resourced and delivered to a high standard.

As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will work closely with Clinical Leads and Deputy House Managers to strengthen practice, develop the service, and support children to access education, therapy, clinics and leisure activities within their timetable.
