Leaders in Care is currently seeking a Children Looked After (CLA) social worker to temporarily cover one post within a local authority in Merseyside – commutable from the Cheshire & Wirral area for those with dual social registrations. Despite being a small team, they have a strong reputation for stability, supported by long-standing management. Support is available for long-distance placements; however, most placements are close to County.

Working from home is encouraged, and those who enjoy managing their own time and diary will be encouraged to do so, with managers entrusting their social workers to chase best outcomes for their children.
