Key attributes/experience:
- Passionate about working with are users with Learning Disabilities
- Effective communication and collaboration within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
- Ensuring compliance with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- Advocating for service users and delivering high-quality person-centred care
- Assessing and managing complex cases while maintaining professional standards
