Are you currently looking for a flexible contract based in South East Wales? We are currently looking for a LAC social worker to join an authority based in the South of Wales. This experienced practitioner will join a family assessment team where the cases are shared equally across the team. There will be a mixture of short and long term cases, allowing for flexibility and a non-pressurised environment.
Benefits of this role include:
- Manageable caseload
- Exclusive loyalty bonuses to supplement your pay (+£1-3/h)
- Quality of service - we work when it works for you, not when office hours dictate (over 500 5* reviews on Google)
- The UK’s leading ‘refer a friend’ bonus of £500
- Solid work/life balance
- Market leading timesheet system – making Fridays easier when getting paid!
With flexible working hours, you can space out the casework and have more ability to spend time with your family and loved ones. You can juggle cases in a more streamlined and efficient manner to produce high-quality work and conduct procedures in a less chaotic style.
If the role is not for you, but perhaps a friend or colleague is looking for a change, we are offering a market leading referral fee of £500 per placement.
As this is a statutory role, you are required to have a Social Work qualification and full registration to Social Care Wales.
