Leaders In Care are currently working with an established authority in the South West of Wales ina beautiful County with a manageable caseload where they are committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people in the local authority. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well beings of children and families.
You will be responsible for assessing risks, developing and implementing protection plans, and working with families and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes by using the family safeguarding model.
The management staff are super friendly and flexible meaning there is no micro management and working your own hours is high encouraged.
