The Role

Regional Manager , you will provide operational, clinical and leadership support to Home Managers across a portfolio of care homes.

You'll coach and mentor management teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and support services in achieving outstanding outcomes for residents, colleagues and regulators alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching and ongoing support to Home Managers.
  • Support services to achieve and maintain excellent standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, implement and monitor quality improvement plans.
  • Conduct clinical, governance and quality audits, identifying opportunities to improve resident outcomes.
  • Support managers with clinical governance, nursing practice, performance management, absence management and colleague wellbeing.
  • Facilitate clinical supervision and support nurse revalidation.
  • Provide guidance through safeguarding concerns, investigations and promote best practice.
  • Support occupancy growth by ensuring homes deliver exceptional resident experiences and maintain excellent local reputations.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the region.

About You

To be successful in this role, you\'ll have

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid, unrestricted NMC PIN.
  • Previous multi-site, regional or senior operational leadership experience within elderly care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and adult social care legislation.
  • Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and supporting service development.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
