From speaking with senior management, it's clear to see that they have the best interest for their workers, and now they are looking to build on what is an already thriving group of teams with a few more experienced heads to deliver aid in their MASH team.

The flexible-working role comes with a salary of £44,658 to £46,704.

Main Benefits:

This will be a very fast-paced team, but it's been giving current workers a positive challenge as you'll be working through a moderate caseload in which decisions will need to be made within 24 hours of receiving the referral. The trust is developing a culture that allows the very highest quality of professional practice to flourish and evolve. This is a really exciting time to be joining a long-term project that should see the trust transition into a local authority in the near future.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
