From speaking with senior management its clear to see that they have the best interest for its workers, and now they are looking to build on what is an already thriving group of teams with a few more experienced heads to deliver aid in their MASH team. The flexible-working role comes with a salary of £45,775 to £47,871 Main Benefits: £45,775 to £47,871 per annum £4,000 Welcome bonus £8,000 relocation bonus Learning & development Opportunity to purchase up to 25 days holiday! 28 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays)This will be a very fast paced team but it’s been giving current workers a positive challenge as you’ll be working through a moderate caseload in which decisions will need to be made within 24 hours of receiving the referral. The trust are developing a culture that allows the very highest quality of professional practice to flourish and evolve. This is a really exciting time to be joining a long term project that should see the trust transition into a local authority in the near distant future.
