You will work closely with an experienced Registered Manager, helping to shape service quality, support staff development, and improve outcomes for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will have the autonomy to influence practice while continuing to deliver person-centred care.
Package:
- Salary of £38,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week across a 7-day rota
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasional nights where required
- On-call responsibility one week in every two
- 28 days annual leave
