You'll work closely with an experienced Registered Manager, helping to shape service quality, support staff development, and improve outcomes for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you'll have the autonomy to influence practice while continuing to deliver person-centred care.
Package & Benefits
- Salary of £38,000 per annum.
- 40 hours per week across a 7-day rota.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasional nights where required.
- On-call responsibility one week in every two.
- 28 days annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the service alongside the Registered Manager.
- Provide clinical guidance and promote best practice for care and support teams.
- Lead the development and review of person-centred support plans, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support compliance, audits, staff supervision, and partnership working with families and healthcare professionals.
About You
- Active NMC registration as an RMN with 4 to 5 years' nursing experience.
- Experience supporting adults with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities.
- Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager.
