Exciting opportunity for an ambitious driven leader with a passion for providing excellent quality care. Working with an established private care provider of residential care for older people in both nursing and residential homes. You must have experience in nursing and residential care homes for older people to be considered for this position.
You will be a talented and dynamic Social Care Professional and provide support to Regional Managers and Home Managers. Supporting the Operations team in maximising the achievement of performance targets and the delivery of excellent quality care, service, operational effectiveness across the region. A full driving licence is essential along with a nursing qualification.

£50,000 plus car allowance £600 pcm (£7,200 pa)

Support in key homes to ensure compliance to standards, reporting and service delivery
Complete provider reviews and home visits

You will have a strong background in nursing and/or residential care in the elderly care sector along with longevity in previous posts
