As a Quality & Clinical Governance Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and overseeing clinical operations to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Managing a team of Quality Managers.

The ideal Quality & Clinical Governance Director will have:

  • Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
  • Nurse Qualified with Valid or Lapsed PIN.
  • Must have vast experience working at senior management level within the care home environment for Older Persons Nursing & Residential services.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement clinical policies.
  • Experience in driving quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with root cause analysis.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
