We are recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well-established, nurse-led provider delivering high-quality community-based care to children with complex health needs. Due to continued growth across East London and neighbouring regions, this is a stable, long-term leadership opportunity.
About the Role
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership across community packages, supporting children, families, and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care. This role suits an experienced paediatric nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and building strong relationships in the community.
Key Responsibilities for this Paediatric Clinical Lead position
- Clinical oversight of paediatric community care packages
- Completion of assessments, care plans, and ongoing reviews
- Training, competency sign-off, and clinical supervision of staff
- Liaison with families, MDTs, and commissioners
- Maintaining high clinical standards across all packages
Essential Requirements
- Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with an active NMC PIN
- Minimum of 3 years’ UK experience in paediatric or community-based care
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Recent experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation within the last 2 years
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
