Interim Opportunity | 6 Month Contract | £350-£400 Per Day | Children’s Residential EBD
We’re currently supporting a children’s residential home provider based in Northampton, to recruit an Interim Ofsted Registered Manager for a brand new 2-bed home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
As Registered Manager, you’ll work alongside the experienced RI, managing 7 staff in total, supporting the Team Leads and Support Workers who are already in place. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small home supporting children with EBD. You’ll guide the team to deliver high-quality care, making sure the home remains fully compliant with all relevant regulations and continues to improve.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent).
- 2 years’ experience as a manager in children’s residential care.
- Solid understanding of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and child protection.
- Experience supporting young people with EBD, LD, and complex needs.
- Experience opening or developing services would be an advantage.
