As the Home Manager, you’ll enjoy a salary of £65,000 plus a Bonus, private healthcare cover and you’ll be entitled to 35 days of annual leave, and a contributory pension scheme. As the Home Manager, you’ll be: Responsible for all aspects of care within the home, from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CIW standards and regulations. Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice. Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry.
